Welcome to the Human Resource
Management Practice Area!
Come on in and meet the Human Resource Management Team: Pat
Barton, Team Leader, Jeanette Whiteman, Sudha Sharma and Jean
Schmidling, Team Members. We are happy to offer training programs
and other services that relate to Human Resource topics.
What is Human Resource Management?
Our practice area has to do with issues of the workplace
like diversity, workplace violence, human interaction, stress;
issues that face everyone every day. We also deal with personnel
issues like hiring, firing, safety, and employee/management
relations.
Why would your organization benefit from our services?
When you enhance the knowledge and skills of your workforce,
you maximize your resources and create a smooth-running
and productive team.
Our instructors are experts in the field of Human Resource
Management with both public and private sector backgrounds.
They make the classroom learning experience positive and
enjoyable.
Each of our training programs meets the standards of excellence
set by the International Association of Continuing Education
and Training (IACET) as a provider of Continuing Education
Units.
See our Catalog
of Training Programs to see a complete listing of HRM
and other courses offered on an open enrollment or contract
basis.
What other services do we offer besides classroom training?
We offer self-paced study (with videotapes, CD-ROMS, or
on the Internet), live, interactive video conferencing.
We are also equipped with expert curriculum development
capabilities. We can develop a new training program on just
about any topic you and your staff need. Or we can customize
an existing course to your organization's unique specifications.
When the problem facing your organization is not a training
issue, we offer organizational consultation.
Please contact us for more
information. We look forward to meeting and working with
you.
